Alder Themes sells website templates to professionals. We collect as little personal data as that requires, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Browsing

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. If we add analytics, it will be privacy-respecting, aggregate-only, and reflected here first.

Purchases

Checkout and payment are handled by our merchant of record, who acts as the seller and processes your payment details under their own privacy policy — we never see your card number. From them we receive your name, email and order details, which we use to deliver the product, grant repository access and provide support.

Delivery & support

To grant private repository access we store the GitHub username you give us, linked to your order. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve and reference your case.

Your rights

Ask us at support@alderthemes.comwhat we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it — we respond within 30 days. Deleting order records required for tax and accounting is subject to the legal retention periods that apply to us.
