How buying works
Five steps, one of them yours. Published as a transaction guide under art. 7 of the Turkish Electronic Commerce Regulation.

Choose a template
Every template has a product page and a live demo built from the files you receive. Read the page, open the demo, check the page list. Nothing is hidden behind the purchase.

Go to checkout
The buy button hands you over to our merchant of record. It runs the checkout, takes the payment, calculates the tax for your country and issues the invoice. It is the seller of record for the transaction.

Check the order before you pay
The checkout shows the template, the price, the tax and the total on one screen, and every field can be edited until you confirm. If you notice a mistake afterwards, write to us and we will correct it with the merchant of record.

Confirm the order
The contract is concluded at the moment you confirm payment. A confirmation email follows immediately, with your order number and a receipt.

Download the files
The confirmation carries a download link for the complete template archive. Access to a private repository can be arranged on request if you would rather work from git.
Who the seller is
The seller of record is our merchant of record. It sells to you in its own name, handles VAT and sales tax, and issues the invoice.Alder Themes is the supplier and licensor of the template: we build it, we license it to you, and we support it. The Terms set out the split.
Price and tax
All prices are in USD. Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated and charged by our merchant of record at checkout, based on your location.
Correcting a mistake
Every field at checkout stays editable until you confirm payment, and the order summary is shown on the same screen as the confirm button. After the order, email support@alderthemes.com with your order number: billing details, invoice address and the email the files were sent to can all be corrected.
Your order record
The order confirmation, the invoice and the terms that applied on the day of your purchase are stored by us and by the merchant of record. Turkish e-commerce law requires those records to be kept for ten years, so they stay available for at least that long. Ask at support@alderthemes.com and we will send you a copy of your own.
The version of the license and the terms in force at the time of your purchase are the ones that apply to it, whatever is published here later.
Refunds and the right of withdrawal
Templates are delivered the moment you pay, which changes how the right of withdrawal works. The Refund and Withdrawal page sets out when the right applies, when it does not and why, and what we refund regardless.
If something goes wrong
Write to support@alderthemes.com first — most problems are a build error we can fix the same day. If that does not resolve it, a consumer resident in Türkiye can apply to the consumer arbitration committee or the consumer court for their district. A consumer resident in the EU can use the national alternative dispute resolution body for their country. We are not bound to a particular arbitration scheme, and saying so is part of this page's purpose.
