Cookies
A short page, because there is not much to declare.
What this site does not do
No advertising cookies. No tracking cookies. No third-party analytics script that follows you to another site. No social plugins, no embedded players, no advertising network.
How pages are counted
Measurement runs through Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookie, writes nothing to local storage, and does not build a fingerprint from your IP address or user agent. What we get is a count of page views and referrers in aggregate. We cannot single out a visitor from it, and neither can anyone else.
Why there is no banner
Consent under art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive is required for storing information on your device or reading what is already there. Nothing here does either, so nothing here needs your permission. Putting up a banner anyway would ask you to agree to something that is not happening — which the Turkish supervisory authority's cookie guide treats as a breach of the fairness principle rather than an excess of caution.
If that ever changes — if a feature needs a cookie that is not strictly necessary — this page changes first, and the banner arrives with a reject button exactly as prominent as the accept button.
Strictly necessary storage
Our hosting provider may set a short-lived cookie to defend against automated abuse, and to route your request to a working server. These are strictly necessary to deliver the page you asked for, carry no advertising identifier, and need no consent under either regime.
